Permission to Panic

Unpack your "I'm Fine" box and wiggle your stress into strength! Permission to Panic is a great primer for my entire picture book series. If you're only going to buy one book, this is a good stand-alone book to expand your child's emotion vocabulary. Practice the wiggles as a fun activity when your child is calm, so that they are more likely to remember some of the tools when they are in the middle of a big feeling.

Interactive Video Books

Kindergarteners love my interactive picture books. To make them more accessible to low-income schools, I made video versions which instruct the kids to clap and point to interact with the emotion character on the screen. These are all available on YouTube for free.
